Nurturing support for the fourth trimester and beyond.

Practical and emotional care at home

The weeks after birth are a tender time of healing, learning, and becoming a family. Postpartum doula support offers practical help, emotional reassurance, and gentle education as you recover, bond, and find your footing — caring for both your baby and you, without pressure, and always at your pace.

From overnight newborn care and feeding support to answering the many questions new parents carry, we help you rest, recover, and grow more confident as you adjust to life with your newborn.

Postpartum care is available to families throughout Minnesota, in your own home, and is shaped around what you actually need that week — not a fixed checklist.

Postpartum doulas provide non-medical support. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions; please reach out to your healthcare provider for clinical concerns.

What postpartum support can feel like

Support looks different for every family. Some parents want help at night, some want a steady presence in the afternoon, and some mostly want someone to answer the questions that arrive at 2 a.m.

Daytime or overnight care

Care scheduled around your family's hardest hours — whether that means help during the day or support through the night so you can rest.

Newborn guidance

Gentle education about newborn behavior, soothing, feeding cues, and sleep, so the questions feel less overwhelming.

Recovery support

Encouragement to eat, drink, rest, and take the small pauses that healing after birth actually requires.

A calmer household

Practical help with the everyday tasks that pile up, so your energy can stay with your baby and yourself.

Families navigating a NICU stay, welcoming multiples, or recovering from a difficult birth often find postpartum support especially helpful. If you're unsure whether it fits your situation, that is a good conversation to start.
